i have officially given up on godaddy hosting. it’s not that i don’t like a company trying to con me, hoping i won’t notice the extra $5 they tack on to my bill every month since i missed the 343rd checkbox, hidden in the small print amidst thousands of annoying images and repetitive text…. well, actually it is. anyway….

Limitations of userscripts in Google Chrome

My previous post discussed how to get userscripts working in Google chrome. Although the process is fairly seamless, there is one issue that I have come across. Within Firefox, Greasemonkey scripts run in a well-defined sandbox which provides a level of security. Check out the security section of the Greasespot wiki for more information.
